Critical Reading, Second Edition

The second edition of Critical Reading is now available. It has:

I am presenting at BC TEAL on the subject of Information overload: Helping EAP students to develop media literacy. I'll be talking about all the information students come across when researching papers, and how to approach websites and visual material, particularly photographs.

I am presenting at TESL NS on the subject of Critical reading: Not a solitary activity. Here, I will show how reading is a collaborative skill as well as an individual one.
